অর্ডার দিবো কিভাবে?

অর্ডার কনফার্ম এর জন্যে সর্বপ্রথম পছন্দের পণ্যের উপর ক্লিক দিন! "Add to cart" এ যোগ করুন। উপড়ের ডান পাশে "Cart" এ ক্লিক করুন। "Proceed to Checkout" বাটন এ ক্লিক করুন। নাম, ঠিকানা ও মোবাইল নম্বর দিন। "Place Order" এ ক্লিক দিন।

কিভাবে বুজবো অর্ডারটি কনফার্ম হয়েছে?

"Place Order" এ ক্লিক দিলে একটি অর্ডার নাম্বার সহ কনফার্মেশন মেসেজ শো করবে। কিছুক্ষনের মধ্যেই আমাদের প্রতিনিধী আপনাকে কল করে অর্ডারটি কনফার্ম করে নিবেন।

অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করবো কিভাবে?

কনফার্মকৃত অর্ডার সর্বচ্চ ৬ ঘন্টার মধ্যে চাইলে ক্যান্সেল করতে পারবেন। এমতবস্থায় আপনাকে হেল্পলাইন নম্বরঃ +8801936570196 নম্বরে কিংবা সাপোর্ট মেইল এ অর্ডার নম্বর সহ ক্যান্সেলেশন রিকুয়েস্ট করতে হবে। আমাদের প্রতিনিধী বিষয়টি পরিক্ষা করে অর্ডারটি ক্যান্সেল করে দিবেন।

ডেলিভারী প্রক্রিয়াঃ

রেগুলার পণ্য আমাদের স্টক এ থাকে না তবে স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে আমরা ২-৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যেই আপনার পণ্যটি পৌছাতে প্রতিজ্ঞাবদ্ধ এবং যেই পণ্যগুলি স্টক-এ নেই সেগুলি হাতে পেতে ৭-১০ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে। কাস্টম অর্ডার এর ক্ষেত্রে এই সময় সর্বচ্চ ১ মাস পর্যন্ত লাগতে পারে।

অর্ডার ক্যান্সেলেশন পদ্ধতিঃ

অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার ৬ ঘন্টার মধ্যেই আমাদের ইনফর্ম করতে হবে। অন্যথায় ফ্যাক্টরি প্রসেস হওয়া পণ্যের অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করা সম্ভব হবে না, এমতবস্থায় ক্যান্সেলেশন চার্জ করা হতে পারে।

ওয়ারেন্টি প্রসিডিওরঃ

ওয়ারেন্টি প্রুফ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই আমাদের ইনফর্ম করতে হবে এবং ওয়ারেন্টির শর্ত সাপেক্ষে আমরা সেবা দিতে প্রতিজ্ঞাবদ্ধ।

রিটার্ণ, এক্সেঞ্জ এবং রিফান্ড পলিছিঃ

রিটার্ণ পলিছিঃ পণ্য রিটার্ণের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারী রাইডার থাকা কালীন আমাদের কে ইনফর্ম করতে হবে। পণ্য রিটার্ণের সঠিক কারন দেখিয়ে পণ্য রিটার্ণ করতে পারবেন। সেক্ষেত্রে কোন চার্জ করা হবে না। কোনো কারন ছাড়াই পণ্য রিটার্ণ করতে পারবেন না , তবে ভুলবসত অর্ডার কিংবা মাইন্ড চেঞ্জ-এর ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য রিটার্ণ করতে চাইলে (ডেলিভারী চার্জ+রিটার্ণ চার্জ দিয়ে) অক্ষত পণ্য রিটার্ণ করতে পারবেন।

এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিছিঃ ভাঙ্গা পণ্য, কালার ড্যামেজ, কুরিয়ার কর্তৃক ক্ষতি হওয়া পণ্য রিসিভ, ভুল পণ্য এমন অনাকাংখিত কারনে পণ্যের আমরা এক্সচেঞ্জ দিয়ে আসছি। এমতবস্থায় আমাদের-কে সময় দিয়ে সহযোগীতার আহব্বান জানাচ্ছি।

রিফান্ড পলিছিঃ যেকোনো কারনে রিফান্ড ইস্যু হলে অবশ্যই ৭-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আমরা রিফান্ড করতে প্রতিজ্ঞাবদ্ধ।

আমাদের কার্যক্রম এর সময়সীমাঃ

অর্ডার ও সাপোর্ট টিমঃ আমাদের সপ্তাহে ৬ দিন (শনি-বৃহঃ) সকাল ৮ টা থেকে রাত ১২ টা পর্যন্ত এবং শুক্রবার বিকাল ৫ টা থেকে রাত ১০ টা পর্যন্ত অর্ডার নেয়া ও কল সাপোর্ট কার্যক্রম সচল থাকে।

ফ্যাক্টরিঃ আমাদের সপ্তাহে ৬ দিন ফ্যাক্টরি কার্যক্রম সচল থাকে। শুক্রবার পণ্য প্রডাকশন সম্পূর্ণ বন্ধ থাকে এমতবস্থায় বৃহঃপতিবার ও শুক্রবারের দেয়া অর্ডার-গুলো ফ্যাক্টরি প্রসেস শনিবার নাগাদ এপ্লাই করা হবে।ডেলিভারীঃ আমাদের ডেলিভারী কার্যক্রম সপ্তাহে ৭ দিন ও মাসে ৩০ দিন সচল থাকে তবে ঈদের দিন ও অন্যান্য ধর্মীয় উৎসব ও অনাকাংখিত কারনে বন্ধ থাকতে পারে।
